Community Involvement
Stream-o-Thon and Lan JDL — Our Flagship Initiative
The Vice-President of Montréal Combustion is the founder of the Stream-o-Thon, a charity live-streaming marathon held during Lan JDL. He manages the full scope of the event’s organizational complexity. The majority of our employees volunteer their time to help organize and run the event.
Lan JDL is a large-scale gathering that brings together hundreds of participants for a weekend of on-site activities and live streaming. The Stream-o-Thon, at the heart of the event, raises funds for organizations that support young people online.

The Cause
Funds raised support the Fondation des Gardiens virtuels, a non-profit organization that deploys digital street workers on platforms like Twitch and Discord. These trained professionals provide free, confidential preventive psychosocial support to young people online — a service tailored to their digital reality.
Amateur Sports Sponsorships
Montréal Combustion sponsors amateur sporting events in the region. These sponsorships promote physical activity and teamwork among youth in our local communities.
Youth Community Centre Involvement
Montréal Combustion provides financial support to a local youth community centre, and members of our team serve on its board of directors. This involvement supports organizations that provide activities and mentorship to young people in the area.
A Culture of Engagement
At Montréal Combustion, we encourage every team member to invest in projects they care about — whether through volunteering, community involvement or entrepreneurial initiatives. This culture attracts and retains motivated, versatile and committed professionals, qualities that are directly reflected in the rigour and reliability of our work on client sites.
